OK....so embarrasing question......which cylinder goes where.

I am going to run adjustable knob, so want it same as every race car , i guess .

Rear to left I believe.

Is there a set standard.

both of those previous pedal pics look like foot operated {worm can openers !! comparison between - mk 1 & mk 2 homoligated ?>works type

Electronic solinoid button clutch using the original 70"s model mk 1 with foot pump washers & wipers on an automatic shell ----

type 49 shell that extra inch narrower

with cibie; round h/lghts
in the front end to squeeze in

would love to see a pic of diferent spec clutch / brake / throttle - pedals side by side > mk 1v/ mk 2 / t/c , rs / avo / . cosworth , siera , focus gartrac , cologne capri , etc

i have been quoted some unrealistic prices for tilt on }" type stuff & a not very good price deal on reasonably sorta good stuff ? from e bay .pommy vs kiwi ? but me thinks - neville Bertwhistle should become the next -_ scrutineer - judge ' of fact ! if we can ever tell storys about his earliest race & rally memoies

Howdy,

I have made a bit o progress with mine.

The key thing, I want is to be able to do is remove box assembly, and place on floor, to make adjustments. I'm too old to be farting around under the dash adjusting push rods etc.
Note I spaced cylinders out rather than cut rods shorter.

The rods were not parallel, enough for my liking, so I added spacers to take up gap. there is still 2mm free play though.

The resivours i wanted to fit, are too tall so getting others.
I fitted bolts n washers and bent panel square etc, for resivours

U can see the 2 lines out to engine bay. This is my personal preference position.

I don't even know how I'm going to get that top bolt in. There is also a 5mm gap between there too, which I'm not happy about :cry:

Getting pedals at my preferred height is paramount, to me.

I don't even know what I'm doing with throttle pedal yet.

Ive fitted bias adjuster over there. Not even sure I can reach it yet as the seat is out so i can get into car.

My 5 year old has been helping me reach some of the fittings.

I am installing a hydraulic clutch pedal box for my Duratec 2.3 install I purchased mine form Palmside in NZ. I made up a bracket to install reservoirs onto the firewall but Danny pointed out that they will not gravity feed in that position so I will mount as in your photo in the post but three in line.

I just need to now where is the best place to get the hoses and connectors.

As my car is a road car I am keeping the brake bais unt with brake warning sensor. It has a large connector for the rear brakes (do not known its size) so I will probably run a hard line down to it for the rear and front brakes.

Looks good.

I too will be going down the hydraulic clutch route, soon.

2 Inline, means never getting them mixed up, front for rear.

There is a picture further back about my take on hoses.

Please bear in mind I want to be able to sit this on floor [eg unbolt mounts] to make adjustments etc.

These are stainless Speedflow stuff...not cheap, but for life.
Note hose size differences for supply, lines.
