Chasing a particular bush

Hi guys,

Having a really hard time trying to find a new one of these http://imgur.com/gSPSDGg

Any ideas? It's for a '78 mark 2, 2 litre.

You can't just replace the bush (as far as I'm aware), it's the entire top mount. Smcka does replacement mounts, with roller bearings, but there are two different types (the mounting hole diameters are different).
