Gidday Darren,
Thanks for your reply.
I recall checking your car out at Morgan Park a few years ago. From
memory it had a good sized SU and was its performance was very impressive .
I was running a Mk2 Lotus Cortina at the time.
Your article was really good and I am quite happy to go ahead with project now.
Thanks for the good oil.
Les.

Hi Gary,
We ran track H which is turn right after the bridge and go all the way to the bottom. The left hander before the right hand sweeper I manage to go through it at about 188kph up to 190kph before brake for the sweeper which I enter around 146kph and get back up to 157kph before the banked right hander. Best lap time was 1.06.315 and 3 lap total with standing start was 3.21.861. Track was fun but a complete horsepower track so it didn't really suit my car needed more corners. The Cobras and one GT40 they were doing 1.02 second laps and well over 200kph down to the sweeper. Next event is the QLD Super Sprint Championship weekend the weekend after Bathurst I'll have some better rear tyres by then and I'll see how I go.
