I use http://www.smartsend.com.au never had a hassel either!

Ego are cheap but crap. Hunter Express is the real company. Earlier in the year I used them and they destroyed 4 engines over 4 shipments, All were on pallets and boxed in wooden crates. The idiots went through the sides of each crate with the forklift forks and into the blocks, camcover, knocked gearbox mounting lugs off etc. I told them to get the driver glasses and would never use them again. Try interparcel they are good well priced and use TNT

i used them earlier this year, cheap! but there is no communication, which is a pain in the ass.

interparcel and smartsend are the 2 I use. no issues with either
