I have replaced the inside of mine, rear parcel shelf, seat back and rear quarters inners with Aluminium. Its a race car so Im not concerned with the sound but it is noisier, easier to clean. I was lookingg for Carbon fibre as it looks cool, is light weight and should offer the protection I require.
As long as it seals all gasses from the boot and is fuel resistant it should be OK.
Does anyone Know where to get pre finished carbon-fibre sheets from in Australia.
