have many people shipped engines [2ltr pintos] interstate?
i just bought a supercharged 2ltr from Tamworth, and need it shipped to me in Vic.
gonna start getting quotes tomorrow, but just interested in others experiences and costs.
im also guessing weight to be around the 160kgs?
cheers.

I tried several freight companies and some would not deliver to residential addresses, others had weight limits (per parcel) that were in the vicinity of 12-15kg (?) so they could be carried.
Sorry - haven't tried to freight anything of that size

I had some MK2 flares freighted from tasmania.Took 9 days and I was able to track my consignment.
Cost me $31 from the senders home to a local depot.
saved 25% doing it that way.No complaints from me.
