Well, lets see how we go with this
st one: My German RS. Actually it's 21 years of ownership this month. There's something special about your first love
nd: 2L rally pack that was converted into an RS2000, painted it Burnt Orange and have loved that colour ever since. Was written off by a friend years later.
rd: White 2dr MK2 1600 - bought damaged and repaired and went on for many years giving faithful service
th: White RS2000 that I repaired after being rolled. Out there somewhere.
th: Another white German RS (rolled)
th: Early poo brown MK2 2dr 1300 that was to be the donor shell for the rolled German RS
th: White 4dr RS2000 (damaged - wrecked out)
th: Red 2dr RS2000 (damaged - wrecked out)
th: Yellow 4dr RS2000 (damaged - wrecked out)
th: White 2dr RS2000 that I bought & sold in 2 weeks and doubled my money
th: Yellow 1975 MK1 2dr, was a very nice one owner car. Was going to keep this until someone offered me silly money.
th: Red 1973 MK1 2dr Auto, drove this around for 3 months while I waited for my new HSV R8 to turn up in 2000
th: 1980 Ghia - was an absolute shitbox. Can't even remember why I bought it. Needless to say it didn't stay long.
th: White 4dr RS2000 - was a very nice car with lots of mods
th: Red 4dr RS2000 - absolutely beautiful car, with lots & lots of mods. Was my everyday car for 18months (complete with a S/C box)
th: White 4dr RS2000 that I bought damaged and repaired. Went to Newcastle.
th: MK2 2dr rolling shell tucked away in storage
th: My 1977 Ghia that I've been rebuilding
th: My MK1 RS2000 that WILL be getting rebuilt later this year after I finish the RS & the Ghia
th: Ken Harrissons MK2 Group C Esky', now in Melbourne
st: MK2 2L Rally Pack - didn't stay long
nd: Yellow 4dr RS2000 (wrecked out)
rd: Yellow 4dr RS2000 (wrecked out)
th: Red 4dr RS2000 (wrecked out)
th: Early 1600 Ghia that is providing the front quarter for the repair of the RS
I think that is just about all of them. Of course there are countless others that I should have bought, but didn't for various reasons.
Long live the Esky
