RS Motorsport :: Classic Speed Restored

Just bought these and they are from billet aluminium (no grade spec.) and the finish is 1st class.
I had mine specialy ordered to fit my 44IDFs with ID increased to 42.5mm, but the OD at the mounting flange is only 45.5mm, so material thickness at this point is 1.5mm each side.

Q. Is this now a weak point or am I over thinking this as they will be mounted upright and engine vibration/shake should be not be a concern?

They will be fine. You should check out the coke can trumpets i use.
