If you're heart is set on supercharging, then I'd stick with the Pinto EFI. Not that the Cossie wouldn't go with a supercharger on it too, but it will cost a lot in re-engineering when in reality you could by a complete Cossie turbo motor and be done with it.
Either way there are no supercharger kits for Pinto's so whatever you do you're going to have to fabricate stuff, which gets expensive.
200rwkw relates to about 260hp at the wheels, which means you're needing 320+ at the fly. For a Pinto that means you're going to need some serious boost to get to those figures. You'll do it easier with a Cossie, but better off keeping it turbo.
