Hi Guys,

Doing a booster removal and fitting Volvo callipers and want to fit the master cylinder to the firewall and remove the booster.

Does anyone have a brake cylinder from an unboosted MK1 (with the drums all round) lying around I can take off their hands?

Either this or one from a Dastun 1200 / 120y.

I am looking at going down the datsun path.

How much do I need to cut off the brake pedal push rod?

Each car is different. Depends on how much free play you want. Make sure the pedal is not holding the piston in, and you have a couple of mm play.
