In this installment I get some primer onto the doors and the inside of the boot and bonnet.
I made up some adjustable stands to hold the doors so I could get at both sides at once. Came in handy for hanging smaller bits from and also when painting the nosecone.

You should be painting the inside of the doors as well

No need to paint what you can't see. The door was painted up to a bit past the edge of the plastic liner and the trim rolls over the top to the inner window felt so there's nothing there visible.

Nah saves on masking and the finished product looks better

I like your door hangers. When I did mine I suspended the door off a long hook (2mx25mmx2mm flat) from the garage roof and from the inside endge of the upper door frame. Worked but not all that stable. I should have taken the time and money to do what you have.
