I wanna replace my front seats as the originals are terrible and dont stay in position. I was thinking 99-03 style wrx seats for the front. Has anyone else done this? Do they fit in easily? Im more worried about space around the shoulders as the base isnt as wide. They can be had for around $300. Not bad for Recaro quality seats

Be careful replacing seats. Any modification to runners and/or mounting points techically requires an engineer's certificate. Depends how legal you want your car to be.
