Anyone got a mk parts manual handy?
On a 72 model what's the code T stand for as a paint code

Ford paint code 'T' is Candy Apple Red.

Would assume that also stands for the Escort though don't have the workshop manual handy at the moment.

The cars actually orange at the moment and I've never seen a mk1 in candy apple red but ford did change the codes around year to year but I haven't the parts manual handy till I get home

That actually makes sense as theres a couple of splashes of it on the bonnet hinges and things but I couldn't get into the boot just yet but it needs a lot of work so we'll see

So, what is it (the car, not the paint), and is it yours?
