Warranty parts

Posted: Tue Mar 11, 2014 1:59 pmI'm have a reasonable understanding of consumer law and I am under the understanding that no they don't have to hand them back. In some industries you can hang onto the item but that's more a result of the individual circumstances surrounding the particular claim.
