What are some good Go Jack brands?

Marty there is the genuine Go Jacks which are pink in colour and are mechanical and theres all the rest which are chinese probably and hydraulic and not as reliable
I bought my Go Jacks from Revolution Racegear at Springwood

Something with castor brakes, good for making a corner stay while moving the rest

No it's called use proper Gojacks and have only minimal tyre contact it's really easy
