Hi Guys

just a question Im hoping some of you may have come across this before.

Im looking to get my 73' mk1 2dr ready for licensing and having some dramas with the indicator switch assembly

just got my new one in from over east and with a little re-wiring it will be fine. BUT

does anyone know if the mk1`s had self cancelling indicators?

For the life of me I can't think back to my old ones. and I know they can be fussy because Ive been pulled up on this before with another car

my 1300 super did

Mine does, there is a plastic cam which slides over column which cancels indicator action.

ill have to look into making some sort of cam
