A bit unsettling when you read all of these together.
Be sure to read all the way to the end!

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for peanuts
Anyway!

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think..

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers;
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
It's time to apply
The inheritance tax.

Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, and our nation was one
of the most prosperous in the world.. We had absolutely no national debt,
had a large middle class, and Mum stayed home to raise the kids.

What in the "Hell" happened?
Can you spell 'politicians?'
Hope this goes around Australia at least 100 times!!!!! YOU can help
it get there!!!!

GO AHEAD - - - be an Australian !!!!!!!!!!

The problem is mate the people making these rules have never had a real job or lived in a real world.

Imagine any one of them applying for a job as a Brickie or a Labourer?

I don’t think so.

Thanks for the info Paul.

People think I am nuts when I say that the real tax rate in Australia is (if you have a PAYE job, are married, with kid/s, with house mortgage, with car lease, if you need to eat, if you like to go out socilly occassionally) is approximately 95% of pre tax income.

If you think I am nuts, do some mental calculations and see how many times you pay taxes apon taxes to buy a loaf of bread, or to drive to work.
