not sure if anyone has seen this guys work before.
He's Greek and very creative thinker.
theres a link to the original thread in there and IMhO its well worth a read if not a bit of a language barrier

I dont know, i read the long version which is linked in the first post from that URL.
Where he mentions why he's gone for ultralight parts and talks about induction and exhaust harmonic's.

So you telling me 415hp n/a out of a yb isnt any good? or is commonly seen.
as for the pistons I thought they looked like supertech's pistons when I first read it.

200 hp from a NA 1700 cc Kent should be possible.

All you need to do is organise good enough breathing and combustion to support 120 lb/ft at 8750 rpm and you will have 200 hp. It represents about 120 hp per litre. Current 2 valve V8's in V8 Supercar are making more than 120 at a low 7500. Cranks and rods up to the job are not a problem. I'd imagine a big end bearing diameter of 35 mm to cut friction The heavy, thermally challenged piston's issues could be helped with oil gallery diesel engine cooling technology if required. A highly finished tool steel cam and appropriate lifters should be good to 10000 rpm.


400 from a NA 2000cc YB would involve organising breathing and rotating/reciprocating to support 12500 rpm and an equal to Nascar and F1 specific torque output.
