i found a link to this site, on one of the sites i use in blighty. i am 33 yrs old, and am really into cars and bikes from the 70's and 80's. i currently own a MK2 escort RS2000, in riviera blue, which is in pretty good nick considering its life spent in england. its a 1979 custom model, and i have done a lot of work since owning it, many parts have been reconditioned or replaced, it has adjustable suspension, a janspeed exhaust, but the engine is pretty much stock, its only done 80,000 miles in its 27 years, and i dont think the head has even been removed!!
we have just done the classic ford magazine trip to southern ireland in it, and the only casualty after 1200 miles was a blown gearbox seal!!
i also have a tidy yamaha RD250LC ( 1981 ) you guys call them RZ's
