Well hello there!!

I notice three familiar names from the past already, so hello Neville, hello Mark and hello Roger!

Now a big hello to all the new folks that I dont know as yet. HELLO ALL !!!

Quick intro to me, I am basically a greedy get! I just like my toys and work hard to earn the cash to get what I want. Much to the disgust of the wife!!

I have had my two babies for some time now. Those being a factory Black BDA RS1600, and the almost complete and restored as Mk2 Mexico Yb Turbo. These two cars have been to NZ and back with me already, and who knows...??? Maybe soon to Oz!!

Also on the list are these...

1965 Anglia Super, with YB Turbo fitted of course.
1972 Escort 1300L, my daily shopper.
1986 Capri 2.0 Laser (Project / Stripper?)
1965 TR4A
1997 TVR Cerbera 4.2
1982 Mk1 Golf GTi, with 16V lump fitted.

Thats the fun stuff anyway!

I remember you from the other Aussie forum a couple of years back, your two escort's are very nice.

How far north are you looking at going? I don't think there are many on the forum that are too far north ? Tanz is up there somewhere but I am not sure how far up.

I may be considering moving up north in time to come, but I will have to look into it more thoroughly when the time comes.

What do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking ?

Were you the guy looking to move to Mackay? I'm in Yeppoon (just East of Rocky), Belly's a little further South in Gladstone, JohnW is the furthest North that I'm aware of in Townsville. Welcome back.

Its looking pretty strong that I could be heading up to Townsville, so this JohnW could soon be my new best mate!

I work in the Inspection Industry myself. Relating to heavy industry and Oil and Gas. Not even sure where this new job position is as yet, but I find out at 07:00 UK when I speak with the QLD General Operations manager.

I then just need to convince the wife that its a good idea to live up North now. She is getting more settled in the UK with each passing month. Not like me!!!

I am not even sure where Mackay is myself, so that must be a different fella? I will have to look on my map for all them other places and see how close to Townsville they are.



Mark, Ha har! Maybe one day mate. But its almost there now. How long have I bee saying that now? I will post some pics up this week and show you lot how its progressed. All the jobs that were not done are now well and truely sorted. The floor is also real mint now!!
