keep it clean too please....(could see nev being busy)
I dislocated my shoulder last night so now I am the one armed bandit for the next couple of weeks, got an exhaust to fit, spoliers to repair, rust to cut out and panels to source or make, (glad I am not in a hurry) should be right to hold my knife to attack the steak tho, and can still arm curl 375g (high reps)

Hey Craig! I've got a really good beef mincer at home, would that be of any help????????
I have also noticed that nobody has been brave enough to ask how you injured yourself!

Well I was wondering about that too Gary.
So just how did this dislocation occur Craig?
I'm available to help you anytime with the car Craig, for anything else I think it best to call Cath

Craig I'm not doctor but if it happens again make sure you have surgery. I've dislocated my right shoulder about 5 times in 3 years and the surgeon (a well known one in wa so i wont mention his name) didn't want to perform surgery cos I was only 16 at the time but I just had it done, now 18, about 4 months ago and it feels sooo much better!!! What way did it come out? Forwards?
