G'day guys,

Just a topic to say hello as I've just registered!

I have just settled in the Gold Coast after emigrating from Sunny OLD South Wales.

As my username suggests I have rallied a 1970 BMW 2002 for the last 10 years in the UK but only because I couldn't afford a group 4 Escort.

Now I'm in the land of the rust free? I'm on the look out for the right donor! Either Mk1 or Mk2.

I noticed alot of the guys on hear are in Brizzy or GC so I'm looking forward to meeting some people on some events!!

I have always been around Escorts as I used to work in an Escort Preparation firm when I was a lad and I have serviced and helped build them without owning one for the last 20 years.

I sold the BMW before coming here so I'm still just savouring the scene and seeing what is about.

I will be a regular viewer on here and giving my opinion when I think appropriate.

Welcome Mark! You just missed out on our latest South East Qld get together, yesterday!!

I love the xflow engine and you can get some really quick Boat Anchors.
Nick Stagg in the UK builds a lovely under 2litre 212bhp Pinto with plenty of Torque!! Lots of money though to make it sing!!
