Sounds like your 'Paint Guy' is from Bunnings.

You will need to go to either a panel beater and ask him to mix it up for you or go to the panel beater paint suppliers and they provide everything you need (including mixing the paint and giving advice). My brother used the paint suppliers for his boat and I think it cost about $600 for all the bases, paints (2 colours) and clear coats etc. You will probably need more if your doing a car,
There are people who make things happen, people who watch what happened and those who have no idea what happened - which one are you?

Not sure where you are located but go and see Reece and the boys at the Body Shop in Bayswater, Dorest Rd.

They will be able to set you up with all you need.

Just to add, the bodyshop in bayswater isnt just a retail outlet to the public. If you were to have your car painted at a shop in the eastern suburbs chances are that your car will have their product on it as they supply a large percentage of them.

+1 for the bodyshop in Bayswater. These guys are great, very helpful and dont sell you rubbish like Motospray brand paint. They even have a booth for hire which is where i painted my MK2 RS
