Dynomation 5 engine modelling software

Do any forum members use this program. I have used Desktop Dyno 2003 to model my YB engine, trying different cam profiles and airflow figures and it's very good. What I would like to do now is model the airflow, combustion chamber and exhaust headers together and get some idea how it will go with my new Tighe camshafts which you can do with Dyno 5 but not 2003
Not sure if I can swap files between the two programs but if anyone has Dynomation 5 post a reply and we'll take it from there
