Duratec starter wiring info needed

Gents,
Please can someone tell me how to wire up the starter on my Duratec install?
The engine is going into a 79 Mk2 Escort, my original Pinto Starter had three connections:
Big battery cable supplying 12Volts and smaller yellow cable feeding fuse box and Alternator onto the large pole.
Then two spade connectors, one switches 12 volts the other supplies 12 volts from ignition switch to start the starter motor
Red with light Blue strip wire supplies 12 volts
Red with light Green strip wire switched 12 volts
The new starter only has two connections. one large pole obviously for the battery cable and yellow lead.
What goes onto the smaller second pole?
Just the ignition switch lead? Don't you need the other one?
Mark
