Throttle cable for EFI Pinto in Mk1 Escort

Hey all,

Putting together the parts I need to EFI my Mk1 Escort and need a throttle cable.

I've just purchased the factory Pinto EFI manifold listed below and am wondering what cable are people using for this setup?
